Transforming Dunellen: A New Era for the Borough
Congratulations to Mayor Jason Cilento, MPA and the entire Borough of Dunellen for their proactive, balanced approach to redevelopment. After more than two decades of planning and collaboration, Dunellen is enjoying 450 new housing units, retail spaces, and a renewed sense of community.
Our firm supported the project with Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) and Redevelopment Area Bond (RAB) financing, which were instrumental in transforming the former Art Color factory brownfield site into The Nell.
This mixed-use development, which includes 252 luxury apartments, 130 townhouses, and 9,000 square feet of retail space, has become a cornerstone of Dunellen's renaissance. We look forward to the Borough's future growth and milestones.
