An Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (commonly referred to as an “ABC”) is a state court insolvency proceeding similar to a federal court bankruptcy proceeding.  The firm’s attorneys have extensive experience and are well versed in ABCs.  We have represented Assignees for the Benefit of Creditors in scores of cases and have successfully recovered  on hundreds of preferential and fraudulent conveyance claims.  The firm also has experience in serving as counsel to assignors in ABCs.
