Biography

With over 17 years of experience in the legal field, Trish is a dedicated paralegal supporting the firm's Affordable Housing, Land Use, Development, Redevelopment, and Public Finance practice groups. 

Trish assists attorneys in all stages of transactional and regulatory matters including due diligence, document preparation, filing, and closing coordination.  She prepares and manages a variety of legal documents such as contracts, resolutions, and financing documents, and works closely with public agencies, municipal officials and title companies on matters related to project approvals and financings.  Trish also plays a key role in organizing materials for closings, reviewing billing and tracking deadlines.

In addition to her core responsibilities, Trish manages all the intakes for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), reviewing and coordinating their disbursement to legal assistants for preparation. She tracks Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits for the firm’s attorneys and helps lead the firm’s peer-to-peer mentoring program, fostering professional development and a collaborative culture.

Trish earned her Paralegal Certificate from Rutgers University in April 2019 and attained her Certified Paralegal credential from the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) in April 2022. NALA's Certified Paralegal Program is recognized by both the National Commission for Certifying Agencies and the American Bar Association.

In addition to her professional credentials, Trish is a member of NALA and serves as a Notary Public for the State of New Jersey.
