Biography
Joe Castor is an associate with the firm focusing on redevelopment law, providing strategic legal counsel to both public and private entities. His work supports municipalities in transforming underutilized properties into thriving, sustainable communities.
Prior to joining the firm, Joe's experience included representing private clients in real estate transactions, a variety of land use applications, and management of existing properties. He has worked with industrial properties, warehouses, and mixed-use developments with affordable housing. With a deep understanding of the land development process from inception to completion, Joe helps clients navigate complex regulations while advancing economic and community goals.
After attending law school at The College of William and Mary, Joe clerked for the Hon. Harry G. Carroll, J.A.D. in the New Jersey Appellate Division.
